I swear I gave this entry a title.

I'm posting this because there are not a lot of reviews for their new line of wigs and new customer service (since December 2011 or so). Everything I managed to find when I placed my order was from 2010 or before.

I'll start with the customer service, since that's what I had to endure to get the wig.

I placed my order on 3/11. The next day, I realized I submitted my address wrong (somehow selected the wrong state). I changed it in my profile, but the order details still showed the wrong state. So I e-mailed them on 3/13. No response, but I figured I'd give them until my next day off work before calling. on 3/21 I received a shipping notification. I tried e-mailing AGAIN about the address, and called multiple times over the next two days. Never once did I actually get a person on the phone, and left a message but (surprise surprise) never heard back from them.

The tracking number I was given didn't work until 3/24, and it showed the wig was shipped out 3/23. Not a huge deal, but somewhat odd and worrisome with my other issues. Thankfully, it arrived safely in Atlanta, with an Atlanta address on the package. So they got my e-mail,  but never bothered to respond. I understand it gets tiresome when you're dealing with the volume of orders cosplay.com gets, but a simple "thank you for your e-mail, we have fixed the mistake" would be more than sufficient. What if I accidentally selected the wrong color, would I have to wait until the wig came in to know?

I'm glad everything ended well, but the non-existent customer service left a bad taste in my mouth.

So, on to the wig.

I ordered Ivy Long [link] in Cool Pink for Princess Bubblegum.

IT'S BEAUTIFUL!
The color is perfect! I'm afraid it actually might be TOO close to the color I selected for the dress, lol. It's a blend of dark (raspberry?) pink, light (powder) pink, and a bit of lavender to cool it down.

I've been terrified of long wigs since the using the Enchantment and Cyperous' Modlon wigs, but this was nothing like that. I wore it for about an hour and only had minimal tangling (I'll blame most of that on my shirt with lots of buttons and things that wigs like to stick to and playing with it so damn much). I'll still need to have a comb and detangler on me when I wear this out, but it's so slick that the fibers just slide off each other. It's also really light, and never slipped, even without pins (for that hour that I wore it). It's no larger than a standard asian wig, though, so don't count on their wigs to accommodate a large head (which is part of the reason I went with them over Arda, Arda wigs are too big).

The only complaint about the actual wig I had was it's a bit thinner than I hoped, but I'll either deal with it or buy a weft.
